• AI-generated lifestyle and editorial photography
• Brand-consistent lighting and styling application
• Image processing and delivery services
• Customer support and technical assistance

User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update account information when changes occur
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Unlimited SKU processing within subscription tier limits
• Pricing is locked for the duration of your subscription period
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in advance for each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

Generated Content

• You receive commercial usage rights to AI-generated images
• Usage rights are limited to your owned and operated channels
• You may use generated content for marketing, e-commerce, and advertising
• Resale or redistribution of generated content as a service is prohibited

Our Technology

• We retain all rights to our AI technology and algorithms
• Our service interface, branding, and documentation are protected
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our technology

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Upload content that violates laws or third-party rights
• Generate images for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate our offerings
• Upload content containing personal information of individuals without consent
• Generate content that could be considered defamatory or offensive

Service Availability and Performance

Service Level

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Typical processing time is 2-4 business days for standard requests
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Service performance may vary based on request complexity and volume

Quality Standards

• We maintain quality standards for generated imagery
• Results may vary based on input image quality and complexity
• We offer unlimited revisions within subscription terms
• Complex or unusual items may require additional processing time

Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunwayRender from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• You may download your generated content before termination

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where RunwayRender is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
